Kamal Mahrouk and Salma Hariri Crowned with the 10th National Grand Prize of Settat

Kamal Mahrouk (Agadir Mountain Biking Club) and Salma Hariri (Al Majd Sarghini Club) were crowned with the 10th edition (Golden) of the National Grand Prize of Settat, which was held yesterday, Sunday, under the slogan “Passion Drives Us, Settat Unites Us… A Continuing Success Journey.”

This major sporting event, organized by the “Global Settat” Association under the supervision of the Federation and the Casablanca-Settat League, and in coordination with various institutional and sports partners, featured the participation of 170 male and female competitors from 40 clubs, coming from different Moroccan cities, representing various age categories.

The competitions of this Grand Prize, held on a closed circuit on Hassan II Street, were marked by rivalry and excitement, amid a significant public presence.

Kamal Mahrouk, who skillfully controlled the race proceedings, topped Mohamed Nizar El Sayel (Green Bike) and Zouheir Rahil (Casablanca Sports Union).

In the Hope category (under 23 years), Ayman Ait Alkarma (Marrakech Athletic Club) won first place, followed by Mohamed Abdellawi (Fath Sports Club) in second, and Zakaria Fezazi (Meknes Sports Club) in third.

In the Female Hope category, the title went to Iman Lamkhir (Souk Sebt Youth Club), who outperformed Yahya Maysim (Casablanca Sports Union) and Marwa Al-Habashi (Rahmna Youth Sports Association).

This edition was also an occasion to honor some distinguished figures with rich and continuous contributions to cycling sports in Morocco, including Mr. Mohamed Ben Mahy, President of the Royal Moroccan Cycling Federation, its General Manager Mr. Abdessamad Serajeddine, former champion Mustafa Najari, one of the legends of national cycling, and Mrs. Samira Mortab, Director of “Biman Maroc” company, in appreciation of their significant contributions to the development and promotion of this sport nationally and internationally.

1. Nidal Hammam from Ismailia Meknes Club.
2. Fahd Raboub from Mohammedia Stars Club.
3. Elias Nadir from Mohammedia Stars Club.

Buds:
1. Adnan Drir from Wifaq Tit Mellil Club.
2. Al-Hussein Qayboush from Zenata Champions Club.
3. Youssef Belhaddad from Casablanca Sports Union Cycling.

Female Youth:
1. Sara Al-Zahrawi from Benslimane Union Club.
2. Khadija Jadab from Rahmna Youth Sports Association.

Girls:
1. Khadija Mahah from Casablanca Sports Union.
2. Lina Al-Nazam from Marrakech Youth Club.
3. Asma Qayboush from Zenata Champions Club.

Little Girls:
1. Ghufran Basu from Al Majd Sarghini Club.
2. Asinat Al-Radi from Souk Sebt Youth Club.
3. Doaa Al-Essawi from Wifaq Tit Mellil Club.

Masters 40-50 years:
1. Yassine Dublal from Wydad Sports Sarghini Club.
2. Abderrazak Najih from Dreb Al-Fuqara Youth Sports and Development Club.
3. Abdelmoumen Al-Tahiri from Bouzgray Casablanca Club.

Masters 50-60 years:
1. Abdel Latif Al-Haradi from Khouribga Cycling Club.
2. Mounir Reddahshah from Bouzgray Casablanca Club.
3. Zouheir Shawqi from New Generation Larache Club.

Masters 61+:
1. Idriss Alami Marouni from Green Bike Club.
