The management of Wydad Athletic Club has decided to refuse selling the contract of its player Osama Zamraoui, who was loaned to Al-Masry Port Said during the recently concluded season in Egypt.

This decisive decision confirms the club’s firm attachment to its young player, despite Al-Masry Port Said’s insistence on keeping his services permanently after Zamraoui delivered outstanding performances during the loan period.

An informed source confirmed that the Red Castle’s management is not open to the idea of permanently letting go of the player in favor of the Egyptian team.

This stance reflects Wydad’s desire to reclaim Zamraoui and include him in its future plans, especially as the club seeks to reorganize its human resources in preparation for upcoming commitments. Wydad is betting on Zamraoui as a key player in its forthcoming journey.

Al-Masry Port Said continues its attempts to reach a final agreement with Wydad regarding the player’s transfer, but Wydad’s management appears decisive in its decision concerning Zamraoui’s future.

It is worth mentioning that Osama Zamraoui played 15 official matches with Al-Masry Port Said this season across various competitions, scoring two goals and delivering respectable performances in midfield.

This impressive performance earned Zamraoui the confidence of Al-Masry’s technical staff, prompting the latter to try to sign him permanently. However, Wydad refuses to sell Zamraoui and seeks his return.
