Confirming the importance of players’ physical fitness and preparation for upcoming competitions, David Fadlo, coach of Raja Athletic, revealed details regarding Amin Khams’s injury, following his team’s qualification to the round of 16 in the Throne Cup by winning against Chabab Al-Massira with two goals to none.

Fadlo expressed his happiness with this qualification, pointing out that the team achieved two main objectives from yesterday’s match: qualifying and giving playing minutes to as many players as possible.

During the press conference following the match, Fadlo explained that Amin Khams’s injury appears to be serious and complicated.

The coach confirmed that Khams avoided a definite fracture thanks to his quick reaction and avoiding direct contact.

The player is scheduled to undergo thorough medical examinations to accurately determine the nature and severity of the injury once the swelling subsides, which will enable the medical team to devise an appropriate treatment plan.

Meanwhile, Fadlo gave reassurances regarding the condition of player Mohamed Bouleksout, confirming that his injury is not serious.

He described it as merely a superficial wound, expecting Bouleksout to be absent from the fields for only two days before returning to training and matches. This news comes as part of Raja’s preparations to continue their journey in the Throne Cup and the remaining matches in the championship.
