Olympic Safi Club announced the establishment of a specialized technical committee aimed at fully overseeing the transfer dossier and managing the human composition of the first team. This step is part of the club’s ongoing strategy to develop mechanisms for sports, administrative, and financial governance, adopting a clear and organized methodology in dealing with the transfer market to ensure transparency and efficiency.
The club’s management aims through this committee to achieve complete harmony between sports choices and the team’s technical needs, in addition to rationalizing financial resources and enhancing transparency and effectiveness in all operations. The committee consists of coach Mohamed Al-Alawi Al-Ismaili, Nicolas Jean Dupuy as a technical advisor from the French training center, along with Kamal Al-Wasil Shisha as coordinator, a representative from the presidency delegated by Abdel Rahim Hanan to supervise the financial aspect, as well as the medical and rehabilitation staff represented by the team doctor and physiotherapist Mohsen Al-Qurashi, with Miloud Benjama completing the team in the role of administrative secretary.
The new body is tasked with preparing a comprehensive vision for the team’s human composition, through a precise evaluation of current players and determining the final list of incoming, outgoing, and loaned players, in addition to young players qualified to integrate into the first team. According to the club’s statement, all transfer operations will follow a unified process, starting with technical evaluation, then financial approval, and concluding with a comprehensive medical examination for each player.
The club confirmed in its statement that any financial commitment or decision will not be made except after completing the approved procedures and documenting all decisions in official minutes, emphasizing the institutional and collective approach to managing the club’s affairs. These strict procedures reflect the club’s keenness to build a strong and cohesive team that contributes to achieving Olympic Safi’s ambitious goals.
