The Morocco national team achieved an unprecedented milestone by ranking 7th globally in the latest FIFA (International Federation of Association Football) release on Wednesday. This ranking is the best in the history of Moroccan football, reflecting the remarkable development the sport has witnessed in the country over recent years.

This significant leap came after the outstanding performance by the Moroccan team, which earned a total of 1756.94 points.

This achievement not only allowed them to break their personal records but also strengthened their ongoing leadership among African teams.

Morocco continues to dominate the African scene, surpassing prominent teams such as Senegal, ranked 14th globally, Nigeria at 25th, Algeria at 28th, and Egypt at 29th.

On the Arab level, the Moroccan national team reaffirmed its dominance and leadership. It advanced ahead of all Arab teams, including Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia (ranked 46th globally), and Qatar (55th globally). This new ranking demonstrates the progress the Moroccan team has made both continentally and in the Arab world.

Experts point out that this advanced ranking of the Moroccan team reflects the successful strategies adopted by Moroccan football, which have resulted in consistently positive outcomes.

This achievement heralds a promising future for Moroccan football and confirms the Lions’ ability to strongly compete on the international stage.
