Several media reports revealed the inclusion of the young talent Ayoub Bouaddi, who is 18 years old, in representing the Atlas Lions in the 2026 World Cup, after a complete conviction in the national football project led by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation with high efficiency under the presidency of Fouzi Lekjaa.
Bouaddi’s choice to wear the original shirt of his country, Morocco, came after intensive talks led by the federation president himself, and completed by coach Mohamed Wahbi. During a recent European tour, Wahbi met with many Moroccan professional players in European clubs to check on their health and status within their teams. Bouaddi was among those players who showed a great desire to represent their national team.
Bouaddi’s joining is considered a strong addition to the Moroccan national team, as the player possesses high technical skills and a promising future, making him a vital element in the coach’s plans to compete in the most prominent football event.
