Real Madrid Club has been crowned as the most valuable football brand worldwide for the third consecutive year, as confirmed by recent press reports, allowing the Royal Club to continue solidifying its position as an unmatched global economic and sporting powerhouse. Real Madrid’s brand supremacy was not limited to value alone; it also maintained the top spot on the strongest brands list for the fifth consecutive year, according to the “Football 50-2026” report issued by the prestigious “Brand Finance” institution.
The report revealed a significant leap in Real Madrid’s brand value, with an astonishing 25% increase, reaching 2.4 billion euros. This figure is an unprecedented achievement and marks a milestone in the club’s history, making Real Madrid the first football club to exceed the brand value barrier of two billion euros since the inception of this ranking more than two decades ago, reflecting the club’s continuous growth and immense appeal.
These achievements did not come out of nowhere; the Royal Club achieved record revenues of 1.221 billion euros during the fiscal year 2025/2026, setting a new revenue record for the third consecutive season. Press reports indicated that a large part of this commercial growth is due to the completion of the renovation works at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, which hosted its first full season at full capacity, contributing significantly to increased revenues from match ticket sales, premium hospitality services, and museum and tour earnings.
As an indicator of brand strength, which “Brand Finance” measures based on precise criteria including marketing investment, brand value, and commercial performance, Real Madrid retained the first position for the fifth consecutive year, achieving 95.8 points out of 100. These figures reflect not only the club’s sporting successes but also professional management and effective marketing that ensure its superiority and leadership in the modern football world.
