The Spanish newspaper “AS” confirmed that German coach Jürgen Klopp will not take over as Real Madrid’s coach next season, succeeding the Spaniard Álvaro Arbeloa.
The newspaper explained that Klopp is not currently considering coaching any club and prefers to wait for an offer to supervise one of the national teams in the near future.
Klopp left Liverpool in the summer of 2024 and received many offers to coach major clubs, but he rejected them all, affirming his desire to stay away from the pressures of daily work. The German national team is expected to be one of his future targets.
Jürgen Klopp currently holds the position of Global Head of Football at the Red Bull group, where he oversees its clubs such as German club Leipzig, Austrian club Salzburg, and American club New York Red Bulls.
