FAR Rabat achieved a valuable away victory over Pyramids with a score of (2-1) in a match held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, as part of the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarterfinals.

The military team started the match strongly, succeeding in opening the scoring early through Reda Slim in the ninth minute, capitalizing on a decisive pass from his teammate Youssef El Fahli, giving his team an early advantage.

At the start of the second half, the Moroccan football representative continued their pressure, adding the second goal through captain Mohamed Rabie Hrimat in the 54th minute, following another pass from Reda Slim, who delivered an outstanding performance.

For their part, the Egyptian team tried to stage a comeback and managed to narrow the gap through Fiston Mayele in the 63rd minute, assisted by Mohamed Chibi, which brought excitement back into the final minutes of the match.

The final moments saw significant pressure from the home team in search of an equalizer, but the defensive solidity of FAR Rabat prevented that, allowing the Moroccan team to maintain their lead and confirm their qualification for the semi-finals, where they will face the winner of the match between RS Berkane and Al-Hilal of Sudan.
