The Directorate of Arbitration has announced the names of the referees who will officiate the matches of the seventeenth round of the Professional National Championship, scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, April 29 and 30. All eyes are on the anticipated clash between AS FAR and Raja Club Athletic, in addition to other crucial matches in the battle for the top spot and to avoid relegation.
Among the prominent appointments for this round, referee Saadi El Hannaoui will officiate the match between Olympique Safi and Ittihad Tanger, Yassine Bouslim will handle Fath Union Sportif against Club Meknassi, while Amine El Maataoui will manage the encounter between Wydad Athletic Club and Ittihad Zemmouri de Khémisset. Youssef El Triki will also referee the match between Maghreb de Fès and Hassania Agadir.
The round’s matches will continue on Thursday, April 30, with the game between Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi and Renaissance Zemamra, led by Mohamed Baroudi, and Olympique Dcheira vs. Ittihad Touarga refereed by Younes Loudini. The most significant clash will be between AS FAR and Raja Club Athletic, officiated by referee Boulfaid Azzedine, while Mohamed Jamlaoui will referee the match between Renaissance Sportive de Berkane and Kawkab Marrakech.
Fath Union Sportif currently leads the league table with 34 points, one point ahead of Maghreb de Fès, intensifying the competition for the title as the football season draws closer to its end.
