King Mohammed VI Congratulates Moroccan National Football Team on Arab Cup Triumph

His Majesty King Mohammed VI has extended a heartfelt message of congratulations to the components of the Moroccan national football team following their triumph in the 2025 Arab Cup, hosted by Qatar. This victory marks another significant achievement for Moroccan football.

The royal message read: “We are pleased to send you our warmest congratulations and appreciation following your magnificent victory in the Arab Cup (Qatar 2025), adding a second title to your beloved nation’s participation record in this tournament, and a renewed brilliance that strengthens the distinguished position of Moroccan football at both Arab and international levels.”

The King further added: “While we commend the exemplary national fervor and outstanding professional performance demonstrated by the heroic players, which met the aspirations of passionate fans, we also praise the work of the national technical staff who have proven their worth in nurturing talent and forging the glories of Moroccan football across all categories and levels. This confirms the strong international presence of the high-caliber energies and competencies our country possesses in this field, whether in terms of athletic performance, technical guidance, or administrative management.”

His Majesty also lauded the Moroccan fans who supported and cheered on “this great achievement of our national team in the sisterly state of Qatar, with the intense passion for the national jersey and the distinctive enthusiastic encouragement that has become a source of admiration and appreciation from various football-loving audiences and a role model to be emulated.”

The King concluded his message by stating: “As we congratulate you once again, with great warmth and pride, on this well-deserved coronation, we wish you continued success and brilliance in your relentless pursuit of raising the national flag high in various regional, continental, and international events, enjoying our abundant compassion and satisfaction.”
