At the start of their journey in the professional league, a goalless draw settled the match between Maghreb Tetouan and Nahdat Berkane, held today Sunday at Sania Al-Raml Stadium in Tetouan, as part of the first round of the competition. This goalless draw reflects the performance of both teams, which were unable to convert the available chances into real goals, ending the match without a winner or loser.
The match witnessed few opportunities on both goals, as the decisive final touch was missing from the players of both teams, affecting the attacking excitement of the encounter. Despite the effort of each team to secure three points at the beginning of the season, the final outcome was one point each in a match that fell short of fan expectations.
With this result, Maghreb Tetouan, newly returned to the spotlight league, earns a valuable point to start its journey in the top division, occupying the fifth position in the standings. They share the same position with Nahdat Berkane, which is placed sixth, as both hold closely ranked spots after the opening round.
This draw marks a starting point for both teams in the new football season, where each will seek to correct mistakes and take advantage of upcoming matches to achieve better results. Fans are expecting stronger and more positive football performances from Maghreb Tetouan and Nahdat Berkane in the coming rounds, reflecting the ambitions each club holds in this professional league.
