Today, the Royal Army Club revealed that its new player Salah Eddine Rahouli has suffered a fracture in the shinbone (tibia), according to the club’s official statements on its social media platforms. This news casts a shadow over the team’s preparations for the new season, during which it aims to achieve many goals both locally and continentally.
The military club explained in its official statement that the medical examinations conducted on the player confirmed the nature of the injury. Accordingly, Salah Eddine Rahouli will undergo an intensive therapeutic and rehabilitation program under the supervision of the team’s medical staff. The expected absence period from the field is between four to six weeks, depending on how the player responds to treatment and the progress of his health condition.
Salah Eddine Rahouli’s injury is considered a severe blow to the team ahead of the season start, especially since the player is one of the new signings that the club relied on to strengthen its squad. The Royal Army club concluded its statement by wishing the player a speedy recovery and a quick return to the fields to support his teammates in their quest for victories and titles.
The Royal Army will start its journey in the professional “Inwi” league with a tough match against Raja Athletic. The Rabat team is also participating this season in the African Confederation Cup. This participation comes after the team gained significant experience from its previous participation in the African Champions League, which boosts their ambitions to win the continental title this season.
