Muadh Akasha, president of Sporting Casablanca Women’s Football Club, held a meeting today with Yassine Idriss Diallo, president of the Ivorian Football Federation, as part of enhancing Sporting Casablanca’s openness to Africa. This meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the Africa Under-17 Cup competitions in Morocco, aims to build bridges of sports cooperation and develop women’s football on the African continent.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the current situation and prospects of women’s football in Africa, and to discuss ways to build strong partnerships between Sporting Casablanca and several Ivorian clubs. These efforts come within the club’s strategy to expand its continental network and improve the level of women’s football.
This step confirms the dynamic nature of Sporting Casablanca club’s international openness, especially regarding the exchange of experiences and the development of football training programs. Through these initiatives, the club aims to create active sports communication among different African football academies, which contributes to raising the level of women’s football and enhancing its presence.
