The MAS Fez club announced yesterday a decision to ban its fans from traveling to Meknes to attend the team’s match against Club Meknassi in the 18th round of the professional league.

This decision was made based on a notification from the competent authorities in Fez, as part of regulatory measures to ensure security and safety.

The club explained that this measure is part of national procedures aimed at maintaining security, and stressed the necessity for fans to comply and not go to the stadium to avoid any legal repercussions.

The club also called on fans who had purchased match tickets to go to sales points starting next Sunday to retrieve the ticket price or exchange them for tickets for other matches.

MAS Fez affirmed that football is a call for sportsmanship and fair competition, emphasizing that the safety of fans is a top priority. The club expressed its regret for this decision, reaffirming its commitment to civilized and responsible cheering inside and outside stadiums.
