The newspaper also spoke about the charisma of Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, which supports the candidacy of the Grand Hassan II Stadium in Benslimane to host the 2030 World Cup final.
The newspaper highlighted the strong Moroccan delegation’s presence at the Vancouver conference, which submitted substantial files that helped Morocco secure the hosting of the FIFA Conference 2027, making it a strong candidate to host the Club World Cup in 2029.
“AS” expected that the final match of the 2030 World Cup will be awarded to the Grand Hassan II Stadium over Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
